Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused candles in resale condition. If receiving an incorrect item, we will exchange it at the same price-point, or it will be refunded at the purchase price paid to the original form of payment. We do not refund shipping fees. Customer must provide proof of purchase.
We are not responsible for how your shipment was delivered; therefore, we do not refund shipping fees. Any product(s) arriving damaged, broken or defective, will be refunded at the purchase price paid. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at cosaglowcandles@gmail.com with your order details and a photo of the issue.
A photo is required, so we may file a complaint with the shipping service for any scenarios. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the damage is confirmed to be our fault. We cannot accept returns on candles that have been partially burned or are not in their original packaging.
Your refund will be processed as soon as possible and sent to the original form of payment.
